Developing quality electrical assembly services was the challenge that Alfredo Fleischmann Rouret, an electrical engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, set himself in 1943. From then on, the vision behind Fleischmann S.A. never stood still.
Over time, the company became a specialist in new technologies and construction methods. It accumulated valuable experience and knowledge in the comprehensive development of projects, added specialist capabilities in Design, Assembly and Maintenance, and began to take part in the country's major construction projects.
This includes confidential hyperscale projects for leading global technology companies (FANG).

In addition to Chile, Fleischmann has taken its experience abroad, participating in large-scale and complex projects in Peru, Colombia, Australia, Bolivia, Panama and Argentina, accepting each new challenge where its knowledge and specialisation can create value.
80 YEARS OF MILESTONES
Fleischmann's involvement in landmark projects across Chile consolidated its leading position in the industry. The Costanera Center building, the country's most important data centres, the Arturo Merino Benítez Airport, the Nueva Las Condes and Nueva Apoquindo Business Centres, Territoria 3000, Clínica Las Condes, Clínica Indisa, Clínica Dávila, Clínica Vespucio, Mall Plaza Los Domínicos, Mall Plaza Egaña, Mall Casa Costanera, the Cristo Redentor Tunnel, and the Lo Prado Tunnel are some of the most significant projects in which it has participated.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Throughout its 80-year history, Fleischmann has placed innovation at the heart of its business strategy. Three years ago, it launched Fleischmann Lab, applying technological development to construction processes, and created the Digital Solutions and Data Centre divisions.

In 2025, DRAGADOS S.A., a subsidiary of the ACS Group, acquired 100% of Fleischmann S.A., a Chilean company specialising in engineering, industrial assembly, energy, mechanical systems, HVAC, maintenance, commissioning, and construction. Fleischmann S.A. offers comprehensive solutions across all phases of project development—from design and assembly to execution and maintenance—with a particular focus on data centres, hospitals, industrial facilities, and energy projects. This strategic acquisition represents a key milestone in DRAGADOS' strategy to strengthen its presence in the digital infrastructure sector and expand its capacity to offer integrated end-to-end services to its global clients.
