The Challenges of Data Centres
Fleischmann's data centre work began in 2012 and has continued uninterrupted ever since: 12 projects completed and a newly announced project, due to start in 2026, that will be the largest in the company's history.
By 2030, Latin America is expected to host approximately 150 data centres, as many as 60% of which could be located in Chile.
Our current market share is approximately 47%, with a market rate of 35%.
We have achieved 100% successful commissioning, with delivery on or before the agreed date.
